Provider Use Agreements

University Elite, PLLC grants the use of it’s mental healthcare provider education, solely to current, listed members of the University Elite Provider Directory. By accessing this content, you agree to the following:

1. You will not share your access credentials with anyone, for any reason.

2. You will not share your Provider Access materials or credentials with patients, other providers, or any other person.

3. You will use your Provider ACCESS CODE (meant to attract motivated patients for your practice) only in the following ways:
A. You will provide your ACCESS CODE freely, when potential patients call from our directory to ask for your code. You are welcome to ask if you can assist them further, & if they’d like to meet with you for care, but do not, withhold your ACCESS CODE for any condition.
B. You are welcome to share your ACCESS CODE with patients, acquaintances, & family, whom you have a direct connection with, but you agree that you will not share your code in public posts to social media, printed materials such as business cards, fliers, signage, etc. or, digital materials including websites, social media, mass email, forums, chat rooms, web conference etc.

4. You agree to never publicly distribute a provider access code because it takes away from other providers, whose potential patients may bypass that process if access is made available elsewhere.

5. You agree that you will never publish or redistribute any of the Provider Courses you receive from University Elite.
A. You are always welcome to refer other providers to join the directory. They can then receive their own direct access for free, & you are welcome to refer patients to purchase the patient courses.

6. You understand & agree that CEU’s are granted on condition of completing each course, & passing the final quiz with at least 80% correct answers.

7. Our courses are designed to provide a manualized treatment plan, for providers to assist their patients in completing a higher level of care.

8. Whenever possible, we obtain CEU credit for the provider version of our courses, but you acknowledge that this is done on a course-by-course basis, & is ultimately out of our hands and you agree that University Elite is not liable or responsible to guarantee CEU credits.

9. It is your responsibility to check each course for CEU credit, before completing the course, & all provider courses are subject to this full agreement, regardless of CEU credit or the absence of such.

10. No warranty is implied or given regarding any course provided by University Elite and/or Dr Hans Watson, & neither University Elite, Dr Hans Watson, or any employee, partner, affiliate, or associated party, may be held responsible for the provider’s or patient’s proper, or misuse of this content.
A. The courses we provide are NOT meant to replace professional, direct care by a licensed mental health provider, & are never promoted as anything other than a resource to assist providers & patients in the work they are doing together.
